EKA Mobility Appoints Lakshminarayan As Independent Director
EKA Mobility, an electric vehicles & technology company and a subsidiary of Pinnacle Industries, announced the appointment of Lakshminarayan as an Independent Director on its board. He also serves on the boards of ZF CVS (Ind), TVS Automotive Solutions, TVS Electronics, Sansera Engineering, Wendt India, Brose Automotive India, and many other prestigious companies.
His appointment follows the auto industry veteran Rashmi Urdhwareshe, President of SAE India & Former Director of ARAI, joining the board earlier this year, and the recent appointment of B Anil Baliga, Former Vice-President of Bus & Applications, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV) as President, EKA Mobility said in a statement.

His experience spans over 35 years in companies such as Bosch and Tata Motors. At Bosch, he spent over 22 years holding leadership positions in India and Germany, and was an Executive Member of the Board. He then started HARMAN operations in India in 2009 and retired in 2017.
